the line up is going to change within a year. Drastically.
everything I have so far (with the exception of my black SV) will be going.
to recap-
1992 Suzuki DR650
2000 Suzuki SV650S (the yellow one)
2002 Honda Shadow 750
2002 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500
2011 BMW F800R (dads)
is going to be replaced with this:
the Honda Valkyrie He decided to keep riding, but take a step up and sideways for his bike. 1800 CCs of flat-6 Honda. He wants a straight pipe exhaust to really confuse Porsche guys. also, TORQUE
as for Ebay, its going to stick around as a track rat. strip it, lightweight panels, GSX-R rear wheel so I can run a 180 tire on it, and MAYBE. just MAYBE. a ducati engine once the stock mill blows up.
and for the street, i think I’ll get one of these
the new triumph street triple RS. 765 CC of 3 cylinder goodness. 120 hp, TCS, ABS, that sweet, sweet triple noise, ride modes, a TFT color display. Dad wants one as well, so easier to sell him on it VS the MT-10 (also like 4K cheaper then an MT-10)
An exhaust, frame sliders, tail tidy, the required neon, air filter and tune will all find there way here, and maybe a daytona 675R front fairing. time will tell.
come on summer, get here already

Lol. Someone offered me a grom for my Duc. Ahh that was genuinely tempting.

Careful with swapping a GSXR wheel on without wholly changing the suspension. It will hugely screw with the bikes dynamics.

bike already has GSX-R suspension, forks, and front wheel .this is just completing the trifecta.
and that the reason why i want the GSX-R wheel. I know stuffing a 180 on the stock rim is a moronic idea, so going for that.

The new Street Triple should be fantastic. I would give a Speed Triple a test anyway though.

Wait, what was the price on the RS? How much does the MT-10 cost where you are at? I assumed they would be similar in price?

our Speed triple is 14.5CAD non R, 16.3K cad R.
our street triple R (the non r doesnt even show up on the site) is 11.6 CAD.
i’m thinking the RS will be about that price, maybe 12K. R will go down to 11K, and base street triple S will be 10K

We’re at 16.5K USD for the Speed R, Jesus Christ.
Then again, I’ve just become less interested in Triumph, moments ago I found out the the 2017 Husqvarna 701 SM has the 2016 Duke LC4. Think I found my new bike!

IDK, that 1198 duc I rode was pretty quick to reply to anything saying go fast.

And that last gen 690 enduro stood on it’s back wheel if you gave the throttle so little input as a flirty wink.
